How did Benito Mussolini contribute to Culture in Italy during his dictatorship?

For a project background, I must find a way that Benito Mussolini had contributed to the culture (from Italy I guess) during his reign, the perch of power. Any information would be useful. I could not find anything online, but maybe I'm not pulling the information.

Mussolini was tiring to create a second Roman Empire. He was very proud of information of Italy and Roman cultural roots. He does spend a lot of money on programs and cultural projects, but they tend to be things that have a Roman view.
